My approach is warm, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and gently challenged. Together, we’ll explore patterns, uncover root causes, and work through challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting struggles to create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe in the strength that already exists within you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and tools as you do the inner work necessary for healing and growth. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you — it’s about uncovering what’s true and meaningful, even in the midst of difficulty.
